One of my best friends Jen served this delicious dinner one night when I went over to her place for dinner, as I do from time to time. It's actually not fried rice at all! Totally tastes like it, but it is so much better for you. The secret, cauliflower pulsed in a food processor! Comes out as the texture of rice and takes on flavor just as wonderfully! After I fell in love with the recipe she was kind enough to give it to me. Here is where she go it!

This take out meal is delicious and filling and Kenny and I loved it! This has been something we have made a few times. A great one pan meal and super easy!
